Withdraw from the contract

With this form you can withdraw from a contract concluded with Dossier Immobile for which you still have the right of withdrawal (art. 52 and 54-bis of the Italian Consumer Code). No account is needed.

For a dossier already made available to you, the right of withdrawal normally no longer exists: when ordering you expressly agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal (art. 59(o) Italian Consumer Code). The confirmation of receipt we send does not mean the request is well-founded: we review it and reply by email.

If the dossier is not in conformity (for instance because of an error in our software), you keep the statutory remedies of art. 135-octies ff. of the Italian Consumer Code: write to us, also without this form.
